At E. Roy Finley Dentistry, we offer an array of services to satisfy any patient’s dental need. From a simple cleaning to fitting you for a new set of dentures, the expertise and experience of our Dentist and our staff will put you at ease and leave you feeling confident and satisfied.

Crowns

A bridge is a dental restoration that replaces or spans the space where one or more teeth have been lost. The loss of a tooth may cause your cheeks to “sink in” from loss of bone that supported the tooth, which can result in a face that looks older than it should.

Wisdom Teeth Removal

Wisdom teeth that are healthy and properly positioned can be an asset. However, wisdom teeth are commonly misaligned, erupt (break through the skin/gum) only partially, or don’t erupt at all.

Endodontic Treatment/Root Canals

Root canal treatment is used for infected and abscessed teeth, teeth injured or broken in an accident or teeth in which the nerve has died (cracked teeth, teeth with large cavities). In a root canal, the pulp of the tooth is removed.

Nitrous oxide is an odorless, colorless gas that upon being inhaled produces relaxation and a sense of pleasure. All body functions remain normal. Within minutes of coming off nitrous oxide one is clear headed, therefore does not need another to drive them to their appointment.

Intraoral Imaging

In our office we are able to take digital pictures of teeth. This helps a patient to see their own tooth and better understand their dental needs. A small camera that easily fits inside the mouth is covered and used to get a close up picture of the tooth.

Whitening

Over time, tooth enamel can change color. Stains may appear in different colors. Many things cause stains, including but not limited to, medications, tobacco, soda pop and trauma to teeth.

Sealants

Our teeth are constantly being covered by a sticky film of bacteria called plaque. When we eat a food containing sugar, the bacteria turns the sugar into acid that attacks the teeth, forming decay (cavities). Sealants are a way to help protect the teeth and prevent decay.

Fillings

A dental filling is a material used to restore function to missing tooth structure. Tooth structure is often missing due to decay (cavities). In our office we only use composite, or white, tooth colored fillings.

Digital X-Rays

Our office uses only digital x-rays. These give off 90% less radiation than a standard dental x-ray. They are much quicker to view, as they show up on a computer screen (in each operatory) in a matter of seconds.
